We work with our customers to develop a carefully planned implementation strategy, and we mitigate risk by performing a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection, proof-of-concept, and pre-stage / testing of the configuration before on-site installations. This allows us to keeping on site disruption to an absolute minimum allowing your employees to work uninterrupted.  

For a full year after your project is complete, it will be covered under an Installation warranty that covers any issues with the physical installation of the AV system. During that time, our Service and Support team will handle any of your questions and provide support according.

On site and remotely we support customers from technical assistance to replacement of parts to repair of equipment. Pintec offers maintenance and support for audio visual and video conference solutions at a variety of levels to suit your business needs. From same day call outs to next working day, with options for next business day advanced hardware replacement.

For added value and piece of mind we offer custom service-level agreements (SLA) that cover Remote Monitoring of the AV system e so that in most instances we are aware and can solve the problem even before the end users of the system even recognize there is one. We also offer custom Preventative Maintenance, On-Site Service Call, Email & Telephone Support and Response Times for your SLA.

Support and Maintenance

Pintec consider training key in getting the maximum benefit from any audio visual or video conferencing deployment, we offer a variety of training programmes which are tailored to the specific requirement of the end user organisation. We will work with the customer to define an appropriate training programme which can cover a variety of roles, and addresses different levels of knowledge transfer from on-site technical experts to the end users.

Upon successful completion of the installation and test, our engineers deliver a, technical handover, system demonstration and user training familiarisation sessions of the complete working solution to the relevant staff. Training session are carried out by one of our experienced and fully qualified installation engineers.
